Welcome to Mission Chapel of Rancadore & Alameda

Mission Chapel of San Jose, Rancadore & Alameda was founded by I. Rancadore and the senior Alan Alameda in 1933. The Spanish style structure of the chapel was built to replicate many of the old Missions you see in California. It took many years to build the funeral home back in the 30’s since the steel came from overseas during the time of the depression. Since then, Mission Chapel has been serving the Hispanic, Italian, Portuguese and Vietnamese community for over 65 years with the good old fashion values and services we were founded on. Dignified, attentive and courteous service is what you expect and what you will receive when you call Mission Chapel.
